Training Days

To help you bring your absolute best to Global RTG, we’re hosting dedicated Training Days across every state, led by the expert coaching team from our Athletics Department at REVL HQ.

Each training day will include a form and lifting technique workshop followed by a workout replicating some of the event stimulus. These workshops will also cover all the major lifts you’ll need on event day, ensuring you’re moving with confidence. Whether you’re fine-tuning your squat depth or locking in your overhead press, this is your chance to master the movement patterns that matter most.

Our team will run these Training Days to get you mentally and physically ready for the big event. Expect sneak previews of the workout structure, strategic pacing advice, and expert coaching from those who have tested these workouts already. These sessions are all about giving you the tools, confidence, and insider knowledge to crush it on game day.

FAQs
Anyone. Whether you’re just starting or have been training for years, the REVL Team Games Games are built for effort, not ego. We have three categories: Everyday, Intermediate and Elite, so there’s something for everyone.
This event will be Mixed Teams of 4: MM + FF
When you purchase your registration you will pay for the whole team at once. However, you still have time to finalise your team if you’re still looking for some teammates as you don’t have to provide everyone’s details at the time of purchase. RTG 5.1 was single sex Teams of 2, so our suggestion is to partner with another team in your studio to create your mixed Team of 4.
Full entry for your team of 4 is $399 (or $349 if you were quick enough to get an Early Bird entry!).
Absolutely. If you’re newer to training, we recommend entering in the Everyday category.
No, anyone can participate! However the best way to prepare for the Games is by training at REVL so you’re familiar with the style of workouts and lifts.

Everyday

The Everyday category is perfect for those who are new to fitness competitions, have only competed a few times, or train a few times a week. This is for anyone keen to soak up the atmosphere, throw around some high fives, and enjoy a fun and social day out with friends. It’s about showing up, giving it a go, and learning more about yourself as an athlete. By the end of the comp, you’ll walk away with a smile, new insights, and fresh motivation to grow.

Intermediate

The Intermediate category is perfect for those who are ready to step up their game and take on a challenge that’s more demanding than the Everyday category but not as intense as the Elite. This is for those who generally opt for, or want to challenge themselves with the grey scale weights in studio, aiming to elevate their performance and compete without the extreme demands of the black scale.

Elite

The elite category is for those who want to push the absolute limits of their abilities, compete fiercely, and generally aim to challenge themselves to complete the black scale weights in studio.
